Casa da Loureira is a manor, whose construction began at the end of the 16th century, with its imposing 17th century façade as its final stage.

Since then it has been subject to conservation and improvement works, adapting to the demands of the various eras.

Located in the Parish of Gondarém, Municipality of Vila Nova de Cerveira, District of Viana do Castelo.

Casas da Loureira, all of rustic style, have been rebuilt from the homes of the old farm workers and adapted to the present times, always preserving its original design, highlighting everything that can define its construction period.

All houses have an excellent view over the river Minho, in a privileged area, because in this section are located the Boega Island and the Island of Amores, this in addition to the verdant landscape characteristic of this region.
